Orange juice is probably the most common fruit juice used in cocktails.

To get the most juice out of a fresh orange, keep it at room temperature and roll it under your palm against a hard surface before squeezing.

When using fizzy mixers like soda water, it is best to strain the orange juice to take some of the "bits" out. This helps avoid a thick layer of bits floating on top of the drink.
