Irish Cream is a cream liqueur based on Irish whiskey, coffee and cream and other ingredients. Well known brands include Baileys Irish Cream, which was the first Irish Cream, Carolans and St. Brendan's. It can be served on its own or used in mixed drinks or as part of a shot.
