Drinks > Vodka silver fizz
Fruity but with a slightly bitter fizz for the summer.
Ingredients
| 2 measures | Vodka |
| 1 measure | Lemon juice |
| 3/4 measure | Sugar syrup |
| 1 | Egg white |
| Top up with | Soda water |
Method
Shake all the ingredients, except for the Soda water, in the shaker and strain into the glas. Top up with soda water.
