A traditional French Caribbean aperitif, "ti-punch" stands for "Petit punch", or "Little punch" and is reputed to be dangerously drinkable.
Ingredients
| 2 measures | White rum |
| 1 measure | Sugar syrup |
| A whole fresh | Lime |
| Cracked | Ice |
Method
Wash the lime, remove top and bottom, and slice thinly into half rings. Add the lime pieces to glass and muddle to release the juice. Fill with the other ingredients, cracked ice. Add straw and enjoy!
