A sweet and fruity drink, ideal for a summer party by the pool.
Ingredients
| 1 3/4 measures | Cream of coconut |
| 1 3/4 measures | Pineapple juice |
| 1 measure | White rum |
| 3/4 measure | Vodka |
| 2 teaspoons | Light cream |
| 2 teaspoons | Blue curaçao |
| 0.25 slice of | Pineapple |
| 1 | Maraschino cherry |
| Crushed | Ice |
Method
Firmly shake all the ingredients, excluding the blue curaçao and including the ice, together in the shaker and strain into the glass over crushed ice. Pour the curaçao into the drink.
Spear the piece of pineapple and the maraschino cherry onto the toothpick to use as a garnish across the rim of the glass.
