Ingredients
| 1 3/4 measures | Cream of coconut |
| 1 3/4 measures | Pineapple juice |
| 1 measure | Pisang Ambon |
| 3/4 measure | White rum |
| 2 teaspoons | Light cream |
| 0.25 slice of | Pineapple |
| 1 | Maraschino cherry |
| 1 sprig of | Mint |
| Cracked | Ice |
Method
Firmly shake all the ingredients together, including the ice, in the shaker and strain into the glass over ice.
Perch the piece of pineapple on the rim of the glass and fasten the cherry using a toothpick. Add a sprig of mint to garnish.
