Drinks > Singapore sling
Still served today at the Raffles hotel in Singapore, this is a classic fruity drink.
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 measures | Gin |
| 1/2 measure | Cherry brandy |
| 1/4 measure | Cointreau Triple sec |
| 1/4 measure | Bénédictine |
| 4 measures | Pineapple juice |
| 1/2 measure | Lime juice |
| 1/3 measure | Grenadine |
| a dash | Angostura bitters |
| Cracked | Ice |
Method
Shake the ingredients, except for the lime and pineapple juices, together with ice. Strain into a glass filled with cracked ice. Top up with the lime and pineapple juices and garnish with a cherry and a slice of pineapple speared together.
