Fizzy and fruity - this is an ideal refresher in the summer.
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 measures | Gin |
| 3/4 measure | Lemon juice |
| 2 teaspoons | Sugar syrup |
| 1 | Egg white |
| Top up with | Soda water |
| Cracked | Ice |
Method
Shake all ingredients, excluding the soda water and including the ice, together in the shaker and strain into a highball glass. Top up with soda water.
