A light rum-based cocktail.
Ingredients
| A whole | Lime |
| 1 teaspoon | Caster sugar |
| Top up with | Soda water |
| Shaved | Ice |
| a dash | Angostura bitters |
| 2 measures | White rum |
Method
Squeeze lime juice into Collins glass. Add sugar and a splash of soda water, and stir. Fill glass with shaved ice and stir thoroughly with a swizzle stick. Add bitters and rum. Fill with soda water and serve with swizzle stick in glass, allowing the drinker to do the final stirring.
