A light summery drink.
Ingredients
| 2 measures | Dark rum |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Caster sugar |
| Fill glass with | Soda water |
| Cracked | Ice |
| Twist of | Lemon peel |
Method
Combine caster sugar with two measures of soda water. Stir. Fill glass with cracked ice and rum measures. Top with soda water (or ginger ale) and hang lemon and orange twists from the edge of the glass.
