A fruity, bitter aperitif.
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 measures | Orange juice |
| 1 measure | Campari |
| 1 measure | of dry Vermouth |
| 3.5 measures | Champagne for topping up |
| 1 slice of | Orange |
| Cracked | Ice |
Method
Using the shaker shake the Campari, orange juice and vermouth together with ice. Strain into a glass and top up with champagne.
Perch the slice of orange on the rim of the glass.
