Fruity & medium-dry drink suitable for any occasion.

Ingredients

1 1/2 measures	Passion fruit juice
1 measure	Cherry liqueur
3/4 measure	Gin
2 teaspoons	Lemon juice
Top up with	Tonic water
0.5 slice of	Orange
2	Maraschino cherry
Cracked	Ice

Method

Shake all the ingredients, excluding the tonic water, together, with the ice, in the shaker. Strain into the glass over ice cubes and top up with tonic water.

To garnish spear the slice of orange and the cherries onto a long wooden skewer to appear as a sail and put it in the glass. Serve with a stirrer.
