A sweet Caribbean drink with flavours of coconut and pineapple.
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 measures | Cream of coconut |
| 2 measures | Pineapple juice |
| 1 1/2 measures | White rum |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | Light cream |
| Slice of | Pineapple for garnish |
| One | Maraschino cherry for garnish |
Method
Shake all the ingredients together with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of pineapple speared together.
