A sparkling summer refresher with Pimm's No. 1
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 measures | Pimm's No. 1 |
| Top up with | Champagne |
| 1 piece of | Cucumber peel |
| 2 | Maraschino cherry |
| 0.5 slice of | Orange |
| 0.5 slice of | Lemon |
| Cracked | Ice |
Method
Pour the Pimm's No. 1 over ice and top up with Champagne (or Sparkling wine)
To garnish add the cucumber peel and fruit to the glass.
