A fruity drink suitable for all occasions.
Ingredients
| 1 measure | Gin |
| 3/4 measure | Creme de cassis |
| 3/4 measure | Pineapple juice |
| Top up with | Orange juice |
| 1 dash of | Passion fruit syrup |
| 0.5 slice of | Orange |
| 1 piece of | Pineapple |
| 1 green | Maraschino cherry |
| Cracked | Ice |
Method
Shake all the ingredients, excluding the passion fruit syrup and orange juice, together with the ice in the shaker and strain over over ice into the glass. Top up with orange juice and float the passion fruit syrup on top of the drink.
Spear the fruit on the toothpick to lay across the rim of the glass to finish.
