A fruity cocktail for the summer.
Ingredients
| 1 1/4 measures | Vodka |
| 1/2 measure | Blue curaçao |
| 1 teaspoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 teaspoon | Pineapple juice |
| Top up with | Orange juice |
| Sprig of | Mint |
| Cracked | Ice |
Method
Shake all the ingredients, except the Orange juice, with the ice in the shaker.
Strain over ice cubes, top up with Orange juice and stir.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and add a stirrer to the glass.
