Refreshingly fizzy and fruity. Ideal for a summer party.
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 measures | Gin |
| 3/4 measure | Lemon juice |
| 2 teaspoons | Sugar syrup |
| 2 teaspoons | Light cream |
| a dash | Angostura bitters |
| 1 | Egg white |
| Top up with | Soda water |
| Cracked | Ice |
Method
Firmly shake all the ingredients, including the ice and excluding the soda water, in the shaker and strain into the glass. Top up with soda water.
