A refreshingly fruity drink that's ideal for parties.
Ingredients
| 3/4 measure | Gin |
| 3/4 measure | Lemon juice |
| 2 teaspoons | Pisang Ambon |
| 2 teaspoons | Passion fruit liqueur |
| Top up with | Bitter lemon |
| 1 slice of | Lemon |
| 1 green | Maraschino cherry |
| 1 small sprig of | Mint |
| Cracked | Ice |
Method
Shake all the ingredients, including ice and excluding the bitter lemon, together using the shaker. Strain into the glass over ice and top up with bitter lemon.
To garnish perch the slice of lemon on the side of the glass and fasten the cherry to it with a toothpick. Add to the glass a sprig of mint to finish.
