Created around 1925 at the Ritz Hotel Bar in Paris, the Mimosa took its name from the flowering plant, which is of a similar colour.
Ingredients
| 3 measures | Champagne |
| 3 measures | Orange juice |
Method
Add to glass with a twist of orange.
Preferably use orange juice without pulp, otherwise the pulp will float to the top.
