Wibbly wobbly jelly shots flavoured with lime.
Ingredients
| 1 measure | Lime juice |
| 1 measure | Sugar syrup |
| 1 measure | Water |
| One pack of | Gelatin |
| 3 measures | Tequila |
| 2 measures | Triple sec |
| a dash | Food colouring |
Method
Pour the lime juice, simple syrup and water into a glass container and add the gelatin. Allow gelatin to sit for a few minutes.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds and stir until gelatin has dissolved.
Add the tequila, triple sec and food coloring and stir well.
Pour into shot glasses or ice cube trays. Refrigerate until the liquid sets.
