Fruity without being too sweet - this cocktail suits any ocassion.
Ingredients
| 2 measures | Passion fruit juice |
| 1 measure | White rum |
| 3/4 measure | Southern Comfort |
| 3/4 measure | Lemon juice |
| 2 teaspoons | Mandarin syrup |
| 0.5 slice of | Orange |
| 2 | Maraschino cherry |
| Crushed | Ice |
Method
Firmly shake all the ingredients together, with ice, in the shaker and strain over crushed ice.
Spear the cherries and orange onto a long toothpick to form a sail and serve with an attractive stirrer.
