A summery fruit drink that's a little bit sweet.
Ingredients
| 1 measure | Passion fruit juice |
| 1 measure | Pineapple juice |
| 3/4 measure | Gin |
| 2 teaspoons | Triple sec |
| 2 teaspoons | Apricot brandy |
| 1 green | Plum |
| 1 | Orange spiral |
| 1 sprig of | Mint |
| Cracked | Ice |
Method
Firmly shake all the ingredients, including ice, in the shaker and strain over ice into the glass.
Perch the plum on the rim of the glass and spear the orange peel spiral on a toothpick to lay across the rim of the glass. Add the sprig of mint to the glass.
