A coffee flavoured cocktail.
Ingredients
| 1 measure | Kahlua |
| 1 measure | Triple sec |
| 1/2 measure | Cognac |
| 1 teaspoon | Overproof White rum |
Method
Make pousse-café. Ignite the rum on the teaspoon before floating it on top of the cocktail. Blow out the rum before drinking.
