Spicy and fresh, this cocktail is ideal for the summer.
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 measures | Vodka |
| 3/4 measure | Peppermint cordial |
| Top up with | Soda water |
| 1 sprig of | Mint |
| Cracked | Ice |
Method
Mix the Vodka, cordial and ice together in the glass. Top up with Soda water and stir briefly.
To garnish perch the sprig of mint on the rim of the glass.
