Drinks > Golden Fizz
A refreshingly fizzy drink for the summer.
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 measures | Gin |
| 3/4 measure | Lemon juice |
| 2 teaspoons | Sugar syrup |
| 1 | Egg yolk |
| Top up with | Soda water |
| Cracked | Ice |
Method
Shake all the ingredients, except the soda water, together with plenty of ice in the shaker and pour into the glass.
Top up with soda water and serve.
