A peach and apple flavoured cocktail.
Ingredients
| 1 measure | Gin |
| 1 measure | Peach schnapps |
| 1/2 measure | Dry Vermouth |
| 1/3 measure | Lime juice |
| 1 1/2 measures | Sparkling Apple juice |
| Broken | Ice |
Method
Half fill a glass with broken ice. Shake and strain all ingredients except apple juice, and pour into glass. Add the apple juice.
