Drinks > Frozen Daiquiri
A citrus flavoured cocktail.
Ingredients
| 2 measures | White rum |
| 1 tablespoon | Lime juice |
| 1 teaspoon | Caster sugar heaped |
| Crushed | Ice |
| Slice of | Lime |
Method
Pour the lime juice straight into a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and briefly blend with a glassful of crushed ice.
Pour the cocktail into a frosted glass.
Garnish with a slice of lime.
