A peach flavoured, flaming cocktail.
Ingredients
| 3/4 measure | Grappa |
| 3/4 measure | Southern Comfort |
| 1 teaspoon | Overproof White rum |
Method
Add the ingredients to the glass. Heat and ignite the white rum on the teaspoon and add this flaming to the glass of the other two ingredients. Blow out the flame.
Drink as a shot.
