A medium-dry drink for all occasions.
Ingredients
| 2 measures | Pineapple juice |
| 3/4 measure | Dark rum |
| 3/4 measure | Coconut liqueur |
| 2 teaspoons | Passion fruit syrup |
| a dash | Lemon juice |
| 0.5 slice of | Orange |
| 2 | Maraschino cherry |
| Crushed | Ice |
Method
Shake all the ingredients, including the ice, together in the shaker and strain over crushed ice.
Perch the slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass and use a toothpick to fasten the cherry to it.
