A fruity and sweet drink for everyday.
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 measures | Cream of coconut |
| 1 1/2 measures | Pineapple juice |
| 1 measure | Dark rum |
| 3/4 measure | Amaretto |
| 2 teaspoons | Lime cordial |
| 0.25 slice of | Pineapple |
| 1 | Maraschino cherry |
| 1 sprig of | Mint |
| Cracked | Ice |
Method
Shake all the ingredients, including the ice, in the shaker and strain into the glass over ice.
To garnish perch the pineapple on the rim of the glass and use a toothpick to fasten the cherry to it. Include the sprig of mint in the glass.
