A party drink that's creamy and sweet.
Ingredients
| 1 3/4 measures | Cream of coconut |
| 1 3/4 measures | Pineapple juice |
| 1 measure | White rum |
| 3/4 measure | Blue curaçao |
| 2 teaspoons | Light cream |
| 1 | Maraschino cherry |
| 1 | Mint leaf |
| Crushed | Ice |
Method
Shake the ingredients together, including ice, in the shaker. Strain into the glass and pour over crushed ice.
To garnish spear the fruit and mint leaf onto a toothpick to lay across the rim of the glass.
