Drinks > Champagne punch
Light and fruity wine punch.
Ingredients
| 50 cl | White wine |
| 30 cl | Pineapple juice |
| 10 cl | Lemon juice |
| 60 grams | Caster sugar |
| Chunks of | Pineapple |
| 75 cl | Champagne |
Method
Pour all ingredients, except for the champagne, into a large punchbowl and mix until the sugar dissolves. Chill until serving.
Fill wine glasses up to two thirds, and top with champagne. Garnish with pineapple chunks.
