A creamy, summery cocktail.
Ingredients
| 1 measure | Vodka |
| 1/2 measure | Blue curaçao |
| 1/2 measure | Cream of coconut |
| Top up with | Soda water |
| 1 | Maraschino cherry |
| 1 piece of | Orange peel |
| 1 piece of | Lemon peel |
Method
Mix all ingredients carefully together in the glass.
Spear the fruit with a cocktail stick to lay across the rim of the glass.
Serve with a stirrer.
