A lemon flavoured, brandy cocktail.
Ingredients
| 2 measures | Brandy |
| 1 measure | Lemon juice |
| 1 teaspoon | Caster sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | Grenadine |
| 1 measure | Soda water (optional) |
| Broken | Ice |
| Sprig of | Mint |
Method
Shake the ingredients and strain them into a glass filled with broken ice. Add the soda water if so desired.
Garnish with the sprig of mint and some in season fruit.
