Fruity and mild, ideal for an evening in.
Ingredients
| 1 measure | Bourbon |
| 1 measure | Apricot brandy |
| Top up with | Orange juice |
| 1 slice of | Orange |
| 1 measure | Maraschino cherry |
Method
Shake the bourbon, apricot brandy and ice together in the shaker and strain into the highball glass. Top up with orange juice and stir briefly.
To garnish perch the orange on the rim of the glass and spear the cherry on a toothpick to fasten to the orange.
