Fruity and mild - ideal for a summer party.
Ingredients
| 2 measures | Pineapple juice |
| 1 measure | Dark rum |
| 3/4 measure | Galliano |
| 2 teaspoons | Apricot brandy |
| 1 slice of | Orange |
| 0.25 | Apricot |
| Cracked | Ice |
Method
Shake all the ingredients together, including the ice, using the shaker. Pour into the glass.
To garnish perch the fruit on the rim of the glass.
