Spicy and mild - ideal for parties.
Ingredients
| 1 measure | Gin |
| 3/4 measure | sweet white Vermouth |
| 2 teaspoons | Blue curaçao |
| Top up with | Ginger ale |
| 1 slice of | Orange |
| 1 | Maraschino cherry |
| 0 measure | Ice |
Method
Mix the gin, vermouth and curaçao toegether with the ice in the glass. Top up with ginger ale and stir.
To garnish perch the slice of orange on the rim of the glass and spear the cherry with a toothpick in order to fasten it to the orange.
