A summer drink - fruity, delicate and dry.
Ingredients
| 3/4 measure | Vodka |
| 3/4 measure | Grapefruit juice |
| 1 large scoop | Lemon Sorbet |
| 3/4 measure | Lemon cordial |
| Top up with | Soda water |
Method
Mix together the scoop of sorbet, vodka, grapefruit juice and lemon cordial in the glass. Top up with soda water and stir briefly before serving with a spoon.
