A beautiful summer champagne cocktail.
Ingredients
| 1 measure | Peach nectar |
| 1 measure | Peach schnapps |
| a dash | Lemon juice |
| Top up with | Champagne |
Method
Pour peach nectar, lemon juice and schnapps in a chilled champagne glass. Top with chilled champagne.
Instead of peach nectar, pieces of ripe white peach can be used.
