A pineapple flavoured cocktail.
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 measures | Cachaça |
| 1 measure | Pineapple juice |
| 1 tablespoon | Pineapple pieces or chunks |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Caster sugar |
| Crushed | Ice |
Method
Blend the ingredients with the crushed ice to get a smooth texture and serve in the glass with short straws.
To make a Batida Mango, simply replace the pineapple juice with the same measure of mango juice.
