A fruity and tangy drink for the summer.
Ingredients
| 1 3/4 measures | White rum |
| 3/4 measure | Lime juice |
| 2 teaspoons | Sugar syrup |
| a dash | Angostura bitters |
| 1 sprig of | Mint |
| 1 | Lime peel spiral |
| Crushed | Ice |
Method
Pour all the ingredients together into the glass, top with crushed ice and stir.
The sprig of mint is added to the glass and the spiral of lime peel is hung over the rim.
