A sweet apricot flavoured cooler for the summer.
Ingredients
| 1/2 teaspoon | Caster sugar |
| Fill glass with | Soda water |
| 2 measures | Apricot brandy |
| Cracked | Ice |
| Twist of | Lemon peel |
Method
Mix caster sugar with a small amount of soda water. Stir to dissolve. Fill glass with cracked ice and add apricot brandy. Top up with soda water and hang lemon twist from the edge of the glass.
