Almond flavoured, this is often served as an aperitif.
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 measures | Amaretto |
| 1 measure | Lemon juice |
| 1/2 measure | Sugar syrup |
| Peel twist | Lemon |
| Cracked | Ice |
Method
Shake and strain the ingredients into a glass filled with cracked ice. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
