This shooter is reminiscent of the After Eight chocolate covered thin mints which are sometimes passed around the table after dinner.
Ingredients
| 1/3 measure | Dark Creme de cacao |
| 1/3 measure | White Creme de menthe |
| 1/3 measure | Bailey's Irish cream |
Method
Layer the liqueurs carefully in a shot glass, beginning with the dark creme de cacao at the bottom, followed by the creme de menthe, and topped with the Irish cream.
