Carribean cocktail.
Ingredients
| 1 measure | Coconut rum |
| 1/2 measure | Amaretto |
| 4 measures | Orange juice |
| 1/2 measure | Grenadine |
| Wedge of | Pineapple |
| Half a | Strawberry |
Method
Pour rum, amaretto and orange juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into highball glass.
Add grenadine and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a strawberry.
