Make your own sweet & sour mix

There's no need to buy sweet & sour mix for your cocktails. Not only is it extremely easy to make, it's far nicer to use fresh lemons and limes. There might even be some healthy vitamins somewhere in there too...

Making your own sweet & sour mix. Use 1 cup (235ml) of lemon juice mixed with two tablespoons of sugar and stir well to dissolve the sugar.

Making this quantity should give you enough mixture for at least eight Dingos.

If you make the mix earlier in the day, you'll ensure that the sugar dissolves better. Alternatively, if you're in a pinch, you can heat up the lemon and lime juice slightly before adding the sugar to help dissolution.
